The new economic package for 2022 in Mexico has changed. Incredibly, now, to collect money, SAT will charge taxes for pets, bicycles and windows. It seems that now, we must pay for common things in our lives. That’s what covid-19 has left us… an economic setback. The President of Mexico said: “It’s the only way to have a grow-up in the economy, because business has been closed during the pandemic”.  Partido Verde quickly stated its position on the morning news, saying that the growing use of bicycles as transportation due to the inefficient public transport in Mexico City would discourage the use of this ecological alternative because in 2022, travelling by bicycle won’t be free anymore. A HISTORICAL PLACE TO LIVE The town center of Mexico City is called “the heart of the country” because in this mystical place, part of the history of our nation has been lived. Walking through its streets you can easily transport yourself from the Modern era to the Colonial era, you can find vestiges at the Templo Mayor which is close to elegant buildings or houses in which great characters lived.    It has easy access to this area with modern transport such as metrobus, similar to double decker in London or in the subway.    As a city-dweller, I know some subway stations aren’t clean and at rush hours it seems chaotic and many people may be unfriendly because everyone wants to arrive home; but in general, people are welcoming and always glad to help if you are in trouble, also you can meet a lot of people and learn new customs.   When you need something, it’s enough to walk and you will surely find it.
